Esprida Corporation (“Esprida”) respects and protects the right to privacy of its clients, partners and employees. This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains how, in its business activities, Esprida collects and processes Personal Information.

Esprida collects information about you and other identifiable individuals. It may include your name, telephone number or other personal details (collectively, “Personal Information”). Esprida collects Personal Information as necessary to provide you with goods and services. This includes collection of Personal Information for special corporate or marketing events. You may withdraw your consent at any time, however, there may be circumstances in which your ability to withdraw consent will be limited due to legal requirements or commitments imposed on Esprida. Additionally, Esprida may deny you access to all or part of Esprida’s goods and services.

You have the right to obtain a copy of, or view your Personal Information by submitting a written request to Esprida. You may request Esprida to change or delete your Personal Information from Esprida’s active database.
